Shipping costs vary depending on the products purchased and the destination.
The shipping costs will be reduced, the more products purchased and sent in a single delivery. For this purpose, it will be necessary to attend to the casuistry of each specific case.
TRUFLAND reserves the right to vary the type of delivery and the company by which it is made, regardless of what is stated on these pages and provided that it does not represent a manifest damage to the User.
The shipping rates for orders are as follows :
- Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal: 6 euros. Free shipping from 50€ (VAT included)
- Europe, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 18€ Free shipping from 150€ (VAT included)
- Africa, Asia, USA, Latin America and the rest: 30€ Free shipping from 250€ (VAT included)

Due to our cleaning methods we guarantee the freshness of our products. Our truffle is cleaned with cold natural water and with the help of a soft bristle brush, drying it only with specific cotton paper.
We do not keep truffles frozen for sale, our integral method of cleaning, packaging and conservation allows us to extend the life of our truffles, guaranteeing the freshness of our products up to 28 days after harvest.

Our packaging is isothermal, specially designed to guarantee the correct transport of fresh truffles during shipping with a controlled temperature of between 4º and 6º up to 48 hours. Our packages have passed all the controls required by the EU Regulation 10/2011 on materials intended to come into contact with food.
We serve all shipments refrigerated and directly from the field to your home in maximum 72h. After placing your order online, the harvest order arrives to our associated growers, in 24h the truffle is extracted and sent to your home within a maximum of 72h from the time you place your order.
We will send you a link so that you can check the tracking of your order live.

Of course all personal and bank information is encrypted and guarded under the strictest online security measures.
Given the fresh nature of all our products and their perishable nature we do not accept returns for order errors.
Of course we will always respond to any possible incident in transport that may affect the quality or condition of all our products.
